PCA
Supply Grant
At Patient Care Advocates (PCA), we understand that sometimes all it takes to prevent complications is access to the right supplies. The Supply Grant is a one-time material donation designed to bridge immediate supply gaps for patients struggling with chronic wounds. We donate essential items like gauze, wraps, Coban, and specialized calcium/silver dressings to your home, typically valued between $50–$150.

Eligibility Criteria
This one-time grant is focused on immediately stabilizing patients facing acute supply shortages. To ensure we reach those with the greatest need, all applicants must meet the following three criteria:
Current Care Status
The patient must not currently be under the direct care of a provider within the PCA network.
Medical Need
Applicant must provide documentation of a confirmed chronic wound diagnosis requiring the supplies requested. (Current wound photos and diagnosis details are required for verification.)
Financial Burden
Applicant must meet our objective, income-based criteria to demonstrate financial hardship or logistical barriers to accessing essential materials. (Income verification may be required for compliance.)
Compliance & Non-Discrimination Notice
Patient Care Advocates (PCA) grants are provided based on objective, disease-based need and financial eligibility. Grant decisions are independent of the patient’s provider, treatment type, or medication, ensuring adherence to Federal and State Anti Kickback Statutes and the Beneficiary Inducement Statute.
PCA does not discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, age, disability, or sex. All applications are reviewed based on the written policy's objective criteria.
